Note: As in previous years, you will be asked during registration to indicate whether you plan to stay at the meeting hotel. Registrants not staying at the hotel will be assessed an additional $200 fee. Like many professional organizations, APACVS must commit to a block of sleeping rooms in advance, and unused rooms result in significant financial penalties. Staying at the host hotel helps us continue to deliver high-quality education and keep meeting costs manageable.

We will reconcile hotel stay information before and after the meeting. CME certificates will be withheld until this fee has been paid for any attendee who did not stay at the hotel and did not pay the surcharge.
